I have apply 8V offset and 1V peak to peak of 1Mhz.
But at output of vsp1000 getting half voltage that 0.5v peak to peak.

Hi Vishal,
This device is not recommended for new designs and additionally, the applications support is also very limited.
I am checking with my team and will get back to you by Wednesday.
Hi Vishal,
Can you please confirm if the RIDRV on the board is 133 KOhm?
The resistor connected at IDRV determines the drive strength of the output buffer.
There is a dependency of IDRV (uA) and the input margin voltage from VCC (Refer figure 3).
Please measure the IDRV on your board and set the appropriate input voltage offset from VCC.
YES RIDRV ON BOARD IS 133K.
And VCC on Board getting 10v.
So input margin will between 2v to 2.2v right from figure 3.
so does this mean i should apply the input voltage between 0 to 7.8v.
Hi Vishal,
Can you measure the IDRV current on your board and sweep the input voltage between 0 and 7.8V?
Hi Vishal,
Since I have not heard back from you, I am assuming you were able to resolve the issue and so I am closing the post.
