Hi,
Customer wants to evaluate DAC7760EMC-EVM. The installation of the GUI tool completed but when starting the program, there's an error that DAC8760EVM requires labview runtime engine 2010. Customer installed the requested runtime engine but still the GUI tool shows same error message at startup. A re-installation didn't fix the issue. OS is Windows 7.
Have you seen similar issue befor? Any idea what can be done to fix the problem? Maybe we have an older internal version of the GUI available that is more robust for Windows 7?
