Do we have information regarding the current draw of pins VREFN, VREFP, and VMID? Can you please share?

Any 'unpublished information' about the ADS1602 would not be made available in this public forum. Most likely, it would require an NDA.

Elisha,

Please review the ADS1602 datasheet - AVDD current with REFEN = LOW vs. REFEN = HIGH, the internal reference consumes ~22mA typical. There are additional plots showing Iavdd vs. supply, clock speed, etc. throughout the datasheet as well.
