TLC7528: 4-quadrant operation

Hi team,

Customers want to use TLC7528 chip to generate modulation wave: the reference voltage is ±2V, duty cycle 50% square wave, square wave frequency is a fixed frequency between 2-12KHZ; the output is bipolar wave with variable peak value.

Questions:

Can TLC7528's 4-quadrant operation be powered by a single power supply?

Does TI have a 4-quadrant operation ADC chip that can be powered by a single power supply?

Hi Amy,

Apologies for the delay in response. Last week was very crazy. The DAC operates with single-supply. The bipolar or 4-quadrant operation can be achieved with the circuit as shown in your post wherein the output amplifiers are bipolar. So, if you mean whether we can achieve bipolar operation using single-supply amplifiers, the answer is no.

Regarding the ADC, you need to post a query in the ADC forum.
