TPL0401B-10-Q1: Can't receive the ACK bit during I2C communication

Part Number: TPL0401B-10-Q1

Dear team,

When the customer tested the I2C communication, they found that there is no ACK signal. The I2C frequency is 25KHz. The waveform is as the first pictue(blue is the SCL, and the yellow line is the SDA). And the schematic is as the second picture. In addition, The H pin is floating in the schematic, but they have connectted this pin to the 5V power supply in the test. Could you please help analyze this problem?

Thanks & Best Regards,

Sherry
