Hello, The datasheet of TI ADS54J60 ADC chip, page 6, says that, pin 28 and 27, clock inputs, CLKIN[M,P], have an internal 100 ohm termination. But in its Evaluation Module TSW54J60EVM, in its schematics, there is also an external 100 ohm termination (R32), these two 100 ohm resistors ( one internal and one external) in parallel get 50 ohm, and the clock source is TI LMK04828 (on page 4). So my question is that, the 50 ohm termination value is what the board designer wanted, or we should take out the external 100 ohm to get 100 ohm termination? Thanks.
