DAC38RF85: Problem generate single tone

Part Number: DAC38RF85

Hello.

On my board, I follow the instructions to get single tone output.

I adjust VCO frequency and VCO_LF voltage chenges to 3. I see that PLL is look.

But in output of DAC, negative voltage constant ~ -1V.

Then i set SPI constant SPIDAC to 0, and  DACFS to 0, in the output i see frequency,  with negative  dc ofset -0.5 V.

I also have a question.

1). From  "TI Designs Continuous-Wave Phase-Aligned Multitone Generator: DC-to-6-GHz RF-Sampling DAC Reference Design"

page 6  - "Two DC blocks can be set with amplitudes of 1 and 2."

I correctly understood that DC block is SPI constant value SPIDAC ?

2). Can i generate single tone without JESD204 interface?
