I am trying to update the driver for the board but am running into issues. Instead of showing up as an unknown device, when the USB is connected the board is showing up as a Human Interface Device and a USB input device.
After I rebooted to allow unsigned drivers, I tried to update the driver for this device using the same process as in the User manual, but am still getting the message that there is no compatible driver.
I'm not sure what to do at this point to get the driver working.
