WEBENCH® Tools/DAC7568: Requesting sample ICs for development -cannot get sample ICs

As far as I can see your account is registered correctly, and as such you should be able to request samples for both parts via the product folders on the "ordering and quality" tab. I've inserted a screen capture below. If you have issues still, perhaps we can take this to email and I can arrange the samples to be sent to you. Meanwhile, we can try to get some of our web-services folks involved to resolve any issues that may exist with your account such that you can acquire samples more fluidly in the future.

Most likely there was some registration delay etc. in play here, as we regularly have college students etc. order samples without company affiliated email addresses.

As per ur reply, we have tried to request samples using "order and quality" but window shows that request samples through only authorized mail...... help us get samples ...

we are developing OEM products, for that we need samples DAC7568 & TLC2558 and we used offical mail as (ex-companyname.com) but could request samples ..give me suggestion & proper way to order sample ICs...

   Sure,this is official mail: ajay@reshmiindustries.com u can mail...and we are using TI controllers and  all the ICs for our project..we need to some samples for testing in our application and please respond immediately or ASAP..
