Please see the Functional Block Diagram in section 8.2. According to this diagram, part has diff opamp and Delta-Sigma modulator from the signal chain analyzing point of view.
I need define the accuracy the current measurement. For this purpose necessary find the error contribution number for
1. diff opamp
2. Delta-Sigma modulator
3. After to sum or RSS of item 1 and 2.
Now please see table in 7.9 Electrical Characteristics: AMC1304x05.
Questions are:
1. Analog Inputs parameters belongs to the diff opamp only. Is it correct ?
2. DC and AC accuracy parameters belong to the Delta-Sigma modulator only. Is it correct ?
Could you please provide a document for accuracy calculation for the part consisted of OPAMP and DeltaSigma like AMC1304x05?
