DAC38J84EVM: CW tones gen out issue

Hi Team,

My customer try to generate CW tones through "DAC38J84EVM" and "High Speed Data Converter Pro" but it's failed.

They also follow the SOP as attached but it's failed also. Need your help to have the suggestion for this issue and have any documentation about the CW tone SOP generated by the DAC card could be shared.

Please advise the failure. I am not sure how we can help without understanding the failure mechanism. Please advise.

The issue was solved caused by DC cable voltage drop issue. Anyway, thanks a lot,
