TLA2024: min/max values of parameters

Hello,

we considering to use TLA2024 in our next design,

but the datasheet provides mostly the typical values of parameters only.

To evaluate the possibility if using this device in our project we require min/max values of device parameters also.

Is it possible to get this data?

    Hello,

    Part of the requirement to offer the TLA2024 as a cost-optimized option is that the number of production tests had to be minimized.  Therefore, we can only offer the information provided in the datasheet regarding performance.

    For a similar device with more defined minimum and maximum specifications, check out the ADS1015.
