ADS1675: Behavior by over temperatur

Hallo,

Can you tell me how the ADS1675 behaves when the maximum temperature is exceeded?

which parameters change after the maximum temperature is exceeded.

The point is that once the maximum temperature is exceeded, the temperature will drop, but the ADS1675 will continue to operate.

Hello Alex,

I dug through the original test data for the ADS1675. Unfortunately, there was no data for temperatures above 85C.

Figure 28 in the datasheet does provide some guidance on the change in THD and SNR over temperature.
