We are developing new wearable ultrasound systems, for obstetrics, urology, and prenatal care. We are using depending on the prototype, the TI TX7332 and AFE5832LP or the STMicroelectronics STHV748S.
We love your systems, but, with the TX7332 we have some problems.
Until date, we bought two TX7332-Eval, and the two boards goes down. The first one was running correctly, until one day without any explanation the pulser stop working. The second one, that we bought last week in TI Shop, goes down yesterday because the U1 (TPS79901DDCR) chip do not operate in a correct way for this reason the CPLD do not work. We check U1 temperature and rises until 107ªC.
Please, can you offer any solution for us? This two Eval boards are expensive and we need to continue with our developments.
