ADS7884: Powerup time distribution data of the variation

Hi support team.

I can find the maximum powerup time(0.8us) in data sheet, but do you have the distribution data of the variation?

    Hello Higa-san,

    The power-up/down times specified in the datasheet are the maximum times these actions will ever take over the defined operating conditions for the specification table (listed above the tables).  

    We do not have any distribution data to share with you but since the 0.8us specification is a maximum, it's a reasonable assumption that the center of the distribution is probably closer to 0.3-0.4us with the skirt of the distribution extending out to the listed max specs.
