AFE4900: AFE4900 ESD protection

Hi Team,

My client has designed the AFE4900 on their product, but they can't pass the ESD protection test for contact 8K , Air 15K.

Do you have any advice to fix this issue?

The unused pin-out of AFE4900 need or not to add a pull-up/pull-down resistor?
