Hi,
I'm looking for suitable ADC for PT100/PT1000 (4-wire) input interface.
Hello Sadashiva,
Thank you for your post.
There are many devices in our portfolio that can be used to measure RTD sensors. Several of them integrate excitation currents and provide other useful features for ratiometric measurments and calibration. I suggest taking a look at some of the example circuits in the application notes and design guides below to start:

Thanks for details, This is useful..!
Can you suggest any PT100/PT1000 (4-wire) interface PGA amplifier without having integrated ADC in it?
I'm exploring alternate option to use controller's ADC port to connect PT100/PT1000 (4-wire) RTD
Hi Sadashiva,
That's really beyond the scope of the Data Converters forum. I suggest looking at devices under the PGA portfolio and ask for a recommendation on the appropriate forum.

Hi Sadashiva,
The ADS124S08 and ADS1220 are good devices to evaluate for PT100 and PT1000 4-wire RTD applications.
