we are trying to design this DAC for Output Range: ±2.5 V, based on the Pin functions [ VCC -> Output positive analog power supply (9 V to 41.5 V). ] do we have to provide 9V in VDD for Output Range: ±2.5 V

Hi Sasi,
To clarify, VDD must be equal to VAA and is nominally 5V. I think you meant to refer to the VCC supply. The VCC must be at least 9V even when you are using the ±2.5V range.
