How do I calculate the DC block frequency?

I'm running a 2MHz clock at 125 samples/sec (8192 OSR).

The data sheet is pretty cryptic just saying it scales with clock and sample rate.

  • Hello Gary,

    Thank you for your post.

The -3-dB high-pass corner frequency of the DC Block filter scales directly with data rate. Data rate also scales with CLKIN, so we could simplify the data sheet description and only mention the data rate.

    The conversion would therefore be:

    -3-dB corner = fDATA / 4 kSPS x "Table 8-4 setting"

    Best regards,

    Ryan
