AFE5807EVM/TSW1250 output incorrect

We are in the process of evaluating the AFE5807EVM, and are having issues getting either it or the TSW1250EVM to work correctly (not sure which is having the issue).

When I set the AFE5807EVM GUI to output the "Ramp" test pattern, it appears correctly in the Time Domain window of the TS1250 GUI, but then when I input a ~80mVp-p, 5 MHz signal into the ADC, it is "flattening" the peaks/valleys of the signal, basically converting it into a square wave that goes from the lowest (0) to highest (4096) value in the window.

Is there some setting I'm missing somewhere?

I've attached a word doc with screenshots of each tab in the AFE5807EVM GUI as well as the TSW1250 GUI.

    Nathan,

    Please do two things:

    1.  On TSW GUI,  turn off the "Overlay waveform" option on time domain page

    2.  On AFE GUI-> ADC page,  change  ADC format from offset binary to 2's complement.

    Let me know if that works.
