ADC32J45EVM: What Type of FMC-Connector is mounted on the ADC32J45EVM

Part Number: ADC32J45EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC32RF45, ADC32J45

Hello,

can you please tell me waht kind of FMC-connector is mounted on the ADC32J45EVM.

I have seen in the scematic that it is a HPC-FMC with 400 pins but I am not sure if it is female or male.

I like to make some kind of breakout board to access the JESD output signal with my own FPGA board by SMA so I can devolp my JESD-Interface there.

Thanks for your help

kind regards

Torsten

  • Hi,

in the Bill Of Materials spreadsheet in the design package on the web that connector J10 is listed as:     CON, SMVT, HS, FIELD ARRAY, 400POS, MALE  with part number SEAM-40-02.0-S-10-2-A-K-TR.

Since the ADC32RF45 EVM connects to our TSW14J56 Capture Card, the Bill Of Materials in the Design Package for that board on the TI web would also list the mating connector that we use on our capture cards.

    Regards,

    Richard P.

  • Torsten,

Just an FYI, all of our JESD204B ADC EVMs use the same connector so the connector on the ADC32J45 and ADC32RF45 have the same samtec connector. Although Richard refers to the ADC32RF45, this is the same connector on the ADC32J45EVM.

    Ken.
  • I have found the correct part in the BOM-file.

Thank you both for your fast reply
