Thanks for your patience.

The -DCC means that the Paladium layer on the leadframe is 0.8um (twice as thick) as our standard leadframe plating. It’s designed to remain stable when long cure times are used for dispense die coat devices. This does not have dispense die coat but uses this leadframe.
