Can I create my own application for ADS8568EVM-PDK, and - if yes - what do I need to do that?

Hello,

If you would like to use your own motherboard/communications card, instead of the Opal Kelly that is comes with, that is fine.

You will need to use header J4 for the digital communications, and header J5 for the data bus.

I would suggest taking a look at the timing diagram in the datasheet, as timing errors are the most common issues.

Thanks, but it's a little bit not what I wanted.

I meant something like Code Composer Studio, plug-ins, etc., while using motherboard with XEM3010 on it.

There is software available for download in the ADS8568EVM-PDK product page

This software provides a GUI that can be used to easily communicate with the device through the XEM3010 and evaluate the ADC performance.

If you are trying to create your own code to use the XEM3010, then you should direct your question to the Opal Kelly
