I recently purchased two ADS131A04-EVM modules. When trying to install on a WIN10 machine the device is not recognized and I get the following error in Device Manager..."Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I tried the same evaluation board on a WIN7 machine and it was not recognized and Device Manager gives a "Device Unknown" error.
I attempted to load the driver manually I use the following path but same issue...c:\Program Files(x86)\Texas Instruments
Using a similar eval board that I purchased about a year ago it is recognized in both WIN7 and WIN10 and is recognized and can be used with the Delta-Sigma ADC Evaluation Software tool.
