ADS1294R: need for required external oscillator

hi sir

we are designed the ADS1294R AFE for 3 Lead ECG. In datasheet mentioned internal oscillator available. Internal-oscillator clock -- Nominal frequency -- 2.048 MHz. My question is external clock is need or not for 3 lead ECG. or internal clock is enough for ADS1294R IC.

HI Manikandan,

Using the internal clock is fine. Using an external clock is sometimes helpful when you want to keep multiple devices in sync.
