ADS42JB69: Spur at Fs/2-Fin, Fs/4-Fin, Fs/4+Fin

Hello,

We have a problem with 3 types of spurs which are cause by Sampling Frequency, I guess.

We are using 206.111MHz Samping Frequency and 13.56MHz input Frequency.

Spurs Frequency are 89.495MHz (Fs/2-Fin), 37.96MHz(Fs/4-Fin) and 65.08MHz(Fs/4+Fin)

When I search this problem at Support Forum and google, I found interleaved ADCs have spur like our devices,

but, As far as I know, ADS42JB69 is not cosist of multiple ADC for data processing.

Please give me some advise to solve it

    User,

    We have seen this problem before when the samples in JESD204B IP core are not ordered properly. Please check the data on the individual serdes lanes and compare this with the data sheet.
