ADS7049-Q1: Maximum currents in analog inputs

Hi,

the data sheet gives AINM and AINP voltage maximum ratings on inputs wrt to GND and VDD, but what are maximum currents allowed

to flow in protection diodes ?

Hello,

The absolute maximum input currents is going to be +/-10mA based on similar devices in the family. If the input diodes are expected to conduct regularly during the product lifetime then the max current should be limited to <1mA.
