ADC12DJ5200RF: Phase Difference between 2 channels of ADC

Hi,

I am using ADC12DJ5200RF in our design. The JESD is successfully up and running and we verified it with the test patterns. I am also able to get the ADC Output and We observe the output spectrum to be correct in frequency and amplitude. 

However, we are observing huge phase difference between 2 channels of the ADC. We are using Phase Matched Cables and Splitter to feed the signal to both the inputs. The phase difference observed is more than 100 Degrees. The ADC is working in JMODE 2. 

Can I get some help on this or if I am missing anything????
