    Hello Noriyuki,

    Both C22 and C25 are decoupling capacitors to the power supplies, AVDD and AVSS. This ADC ADS1260 and the EVM board (ADS1261EVM) have the ability to support a single unipolar +5V power supply or bipolar power supplies (+2.5V and -2.5V). These two decoupling capacitors were designed for bipolar power supply to the AVDD and AVSS on the EVM circuit board.
