Error Detected in Registration with RTDX using XD510 USB Emulator

Hi

I'm using the TSM32C6713 DSP, XD510 USB for debug and CCS 5.1.

While trying to evaluate the TSM32C6655 I have to upgrade the CCS compiler to version 5.4. 

After the update to CCS version 5.4 I can't not connect the XD510 for debugging C6710 any more. Every time I've tried to connect to the target the error message is shown and te code compose studio shuts down

    Hi,

    I have seen similar messages in the past with XDS510USB emulators from Spectrum Digital - apparently CCSv5.3 introduced a change that caused this message to appear, but unfortunately we could never reproduce this issue internally.

    Check this post, which also links to a longer thread where several people discuss the issues and solutions.
