Dear sir,

I am having an issue when programming the device LAUNCH-CC2650. It shows an error of security and device locked.

Hi,

There is a number of threads that discuss this. I highlight below some that may be helpful:

Can you check the steps to recover the ability to connect to your launchpad at:
e2e.ti.com/.../641224

You can also try using the SmartRF tool to mass erase your device, as indicated at:
e2e.ti.com/.../1951479

Just be mindful that, if there are problems in the code or the programming is done incorrectly, you may permanently lock JTAG.

I tried all thread solution which you discused in you fourm but could not get solution.My problem still same.

Ashwani,

If you have another board, I would test it on the same computer to validate the setup and the connections between the board and the host computer. Apart from that, I don't have any additional ideas in addition to what was proposed.

If nothing actually works, I can only imagine that you may have either have a faulty device or board. Sorry.

Try using another USB Cable.
