If the EVM is new and does not function correctly you can contact support for your region here (https://www.ti.com/info/contact-us.html ). if the EVM was purchased in the last 90 Days you are eligible for a replacement.

We have purchased long days back; I am looking for service centers. I am doubting some power modules (ICs) not functioning.

Hi,

I do not think that a TI has service centers for repairing damaged EVMs. You may try to contact support and inquire about such a service.

A full BOM for this EVM is available for this EVM on the product page. If you can isolate which IC is the problem you may be able to replace it yourself.
