DLPC7540: DLPC7541 + DLP471TE DMD_Power() failed

Hi expert,

I am using the DLPC7541 + DLP471TE,

When I turn on the machine for the first time, I can see something in the DMD and I can see the DMD ID and other DMD information from the debug message. It is judged that it may be working normally at that time.
After reassembling and turning it on again, the DMD is completely unresponsive and the debug message keeps showing errors "illumination: DMD voltage enable error in DMD_Power(), Can't set up DMD".

Is there anything that needs to be modified or set?
Please help provide directions for debugging, thank you so much.

Hi Ken,

To be clear, are you able to get it running correctly using any process, or did it only work a single time? What precisely is your reassembly process?

Let me clarify first,
In fact, it is not a complete machine, but only two circuit boards: the DLPC7541 main board and the DLP471TE DMD board.
The so-called reassembly is to separate the DMD board from the main board and then connect it back.

The current situation is updated as follows:
After trying many times to boot, I can see the DLP logo appear on the DMD, but the success rate is very low,
And as long as the power is turned off and then restarted, it will fail again.
It can be judged that the problem is not caused by reassembly.

Want to ask:
1) Are there any timing related matters that need attention ?
2) Is there anything to pay attention to in the software ?
3) Other suggestions
