Can you let us know the firmware version that you are using while facing this issue? 

If you are using the latest firmware available here - https://www.ti.com/tool/DLP3010EVM-LC , please confirm that it is “dlpc3478_fw_8.0.0.img” and not dlpc3478_smaller_limited_fw_8.0.0.img”
