DLPR410: DLPR410B

Part Number: DLPR410

Hello:

     We have a board(DLPR410A+XC5VLX30)used to drive DLP650LNIR and it works well. But recently we replaced DLPR410A with DLPR410B, than the XC5VLX30 can not work. I want to know what is the different  from DLPR410B and DLPR410A.

    Hello Tianye,

    There were a number of changes in the FPGA program to correctly set the V_offset for the DLP650LNIR and some of the power down sequencing.  None of this should have caused the controller FPGA to no longer work.  I know that reflowing the uBGA PROM can be a challenging.  This sounds like one of the "pins" from the PROM did not reflow correctly.

    Does the heartbeat LED flash as it did before?
