DLPLCR4500EVM: Firmware for new light engine

Hi Team,

Our customer contacted iView, the manufacturer of the light engine of the DLPLCR4500EVM. iView mentioned that there is a change of the DMD from STP to TP. Hence, the built-in light engine is EOL by the manufacturer. According to our customer, the original light engine in the Lightcrafter is the iView 1231G which is EOL. Our customer would like to know if the firmware has to be updated when the new DMD type (TP) is used. If yes, which firmware version in the link below will work with the light engine?
