DLPLCR4500EVM: Memory and programming support

Hi Community

I saw that for DLPLCR4500EVM (therefore controller DLPC350) could load 48 patterns in the two buffers. But I suppose this is internal to the DLPC350, right? So for the 32MB on board memory I should be able to store more 1-bit patterns? Say if at one point I need to load new patterns from the flash into DLPC350, how fast could that be?

Another thing: the programming SDK for DLPC350 is also DLP-ALC-LIGHTCRAFTER-SDK (DLP-ALC-LIGHTCRAFTER-SDK Software development kit (SDK) | TI.com)? I just saw active support for the DLPC350 has stopped, but I suppose it is still compatible? Also I'm wondering if there's a manual for the SDK? The user guide online is only an installation guide...

Thanks for replying. Could you also inform me how many binary patterns could be stored in the external 32MB flash on the DLPLCR4500EVM board?
Also, could you confirm if DLP-ALC-LIGHTCRAFTER-SDK will work with DLPLCR4500EVM or not?

"Flash images: single-frame, 24-bit Still images stored in external flash memory. The flash memory supports up to 32MB of storage with up to 64 images. The images stored in flash memory support RGB 4:4:4 and YCrCb 4:2:2 pixel data formats".

For the second question it should work but again we cannot guarantee due to the lack of continued support.
