Could you please suggest a DLP/DMD for a fluorescence microscopy application based on this article: https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.3000
The specification required are:
- Allow transmission of 405 nm light
- Not be damaged by high power light input (from a LED-based light source with chip power at 5 W and the light is condensed and output by a liquid light guide.)
- Can produce pattern with similar or lower spatial resolution like above, can be as low as 200 x 200.
- No need to quickly change the pattern.
- This device can be barebone and can be integrated to customized optomechanical parts.
- cost is ideally <$1000.
