TPS99000-Q1: Instability of the TIA Monitor Voltage in the Calibration process

Hi -

There exist a production (PCBA+PGU) cannot meet the request of 'Target Brightness' set in CLI via CMD in our production line.

We have checked the calibration log and find the problem as shown below. The left log was generated in its first color calibration while the right log was generated in its tenth color calibration.

We can see the significent difference in the value of 'TIA Monitor Voltages' for Red at different calibration time.

We still can't locate the root cause and can you provide some suggestions for us?

Can you confirm both sweeps were performed on the same system?

Hi Ross

Yep, we just used one production (PCBA+PGU) to execute the color calibration and we have system performed the production information verification by reading product barcode.

And we also have checked the 'TIA Settings Measurement' as shown below, the values of 'Trim、Input offset、Dark offset' are the same at different times of color calibration.

So, we suspect that there exist some problems in the Photo feedback loop.
