Hi Team, seeking for some troubleshooting assistance. 

The board is a month old but used for the 1st time.

When turned on the switch often time the system won't be turned on, until we push the switch when the system will on for a few seconds. Please see video attached. We believe the switch was either broken or somehow not soldered very well to the board.

    Hello Mark,

    Welcome back to the E2E forum.

    According to the video, I think your prediction is correct. It could be a bad connection of the switch to the board. Are you or the client able to get a switch (the part number is GT11MSCBE manufactured by C&K) or re-solder the switch to the board? This would seem to be quick and easy fix. 

    You have option to request a RMA. The warranty of the EVM is 90 days, please feel free to use this comment as approval for RMA granted that the device is still under warranty.
