DLP160AP: Firmware for Pin mapping options 3 and 4

I am developing a system using the DLPC3420 controller and DLP160AP DMD and I am trying to find a firmware for Pin mapping options 3 and 4 but your firmware selector shows only options 1 and 2.

The datasheet for the DLPC3420 / 3421 shows pin mapping options for the HS interface from 1 to 4 but the firmware selector shows only options for pin mappings 1 and 2. Does this mean that options 3 and 4 are not supported even though they are specified in the datasheet?

Hello,

When looking at the FW Selector Tool pin mapping option 1 should allow for pin mapping 1 and 3 in the datasheet. Pin option 2 in the FW Selector tool should allow for mapping options 2 and 4. The data signals should be sent to both sets of data lanes.

TI has validated using Option 1 with pin mapping option 1. You would need to validate your design if you want to use one of the other options.
