Hi, currently i have dlp650teevm and dlpc7540evm, and i would like to mount them on an optic table. howeer I have no idea how to do it.

Is there any guide or manual available for mounting the dlp650teevm?

There is a mounting concept document for this particular package type:

Since the device is corner illuminated you may want to make your board bracket hold the board such that the illumination angle is parallel to the surface of the optical table and the DMD window normal.

Hi thank you for your kind answer.

However the instruction you provided were for the dlp650te with 2 holes while dlp650teevm i have has 4 holes on its side. Does this difference in the number of holes affect how I should use or install it?

And i also wonder where i can purchase all of those heat sinks, PCB outlines, interfaces and other components described in documents to mount the dlp650te

Gyuin,

You will need to design a mount with 4 holes and springs rather than two. You will need to adjust the spring forces (constants) so the total force on the DMD datum and thermal interface meet the nominal values in the data sheet and do not exceed the max values listed.

You will need to design the heat sinks and have them made or you can see if one of our design partners has hardware for them.
