We looked with a microscope and found that there were slight scratches and white spots on the exterior. Could you please help me confirm whether it affects the use? What is the cause of this?

    The damage to the DMD appears cosmetic. It could have been caused by slight mishandling. However, testing the DMD in a system will be clearest indication of whether this damage affects performance.
