Hi,

I am a Research Scholar at School of Engineering, University of Guelph, ON Canada. We have procured DLPNIRSCAN NANO EVM - to collect the NIR spectral signatures of various flours. 

I have below questions:

1. I have tried to use Mobile app on iOS but it is the app is crashing everytime when I press SCAN. I see the blue light start blinking but soon the app crashes. Soon after that the blue light becomes steady again. 

I need this functionality working to make any use of this device. 

2. I could not find the Android app on the Store. Please let me know how to get the android app. 

Quick help is highly appreciated as I am on a critical path of my research activities.

    From my intial check it seems like this App is not available on the Android App store. Is it possible for you to use DLP NIRscanNano GUI?

    Welcome to the E2E forum.

    I have removed some of the content from your original posts as it contained your personal information what would be available to the public.

    While we provide the program structure for mobile applications, Texas Instruments does not support a app for this EVM. The continual support for OS updates across multiple platforms would exceed the resources we can offer. However, the resources available should make it possible to develop a mobile app without assistance.
