    Hello Turner,

    Ultimately the thermal pad/paste you choose is up to you, however our team has used Dow Corning Dowsil TC-5622 and Shin Etsu X23-7783D have performed well. As for thermal pads we have not tested many but frequently use Tpli-220. We recommend testing with your system and making the decision that best makes sense for your application.
