Need help in acquiring DMD 0.7 XGA pin-out information

Hi all,

I am trying to acquire the pin-out information for this DMD chip:

0.7XGA 12º DDR DMD Discovery (S1076-7402)

I have been able to find the preview version of the data sheet (some important information redacted) online here:

But I have had a surprising amount of difficulty in trying to obtain the full version. I have already tried contacting TI technical support and various vendors of the product.

Specifically, I am looking for the pin-out information that would be included in table 13 of the above, linked PDF. I would really appreciate any help I could get in finding the full version of the data sheet or in just obtaining the pin-out specifications.

    Hi Clinton,

    Thanks for the response. That datasheet describes the newer model, which has a different pin-out pattern than the chip I am working with.

    The pattern of the pads on the S1076 model looks like this:

    Hi Devin,

    I am Clinton's colleague, Trevor. As you mentioned, this is an older part, so the datasheet is not publicly available online. Support for these devices was historically handled by the suppliers. Do you remember who you purchased the parts from?

    I actually reached out to the supplier and they no longer have any records of the data sheet.

    I'm hoping that someone at Texas Instruments or that someone in the community forum has access to it and would be willing to assist me.

    Hi Craig,

    Please understand that this DMD, the DDR version of the DLP7000 has not been sold for many years now and is no longer supported by TI. If you are referring to a newer version of the DLP7000, the information you are looking for should be available publicly.

    I also sent you an E2E friend request. If you accept this and send me a private message we can discuss the older, DDR, variant of the DLP7000.
