Can i make 3d printer with DLP9000X !?

    You can make a 3D printer with DLP9000X - what are the system constraints? If you can provide more detail we can provide you more guidance on which device to choose for your application.

    The printer must have :
    1- Large build envelope (amount 20*20 cm)
    2- High speed
    3- XY resolution : near 10 µm
    4- Z resolution : near 10 µm
    5- Projector Resolution : 4K

    Hi Hamid,

    If 4k is a requirement, then no DMDs will currently work. For highest resolution available (2560 x 1600) then the DLP9000 or DLP9000X are going to be the only options. However, typically with SLA printing UV light is used, which these devices do not support very well. If you are using UV to cure the resin, you'll need to use a UV part such at the DLP9500UV or DLP7000UV.

    Resolution and build envelope are largely going to depend partially on optics and the speed of any device should be more than sufficient for SLA.

    We provide a complete DLP Module with Mainboard, Software and DMD chip for DLP9000X called V-9001 Module.

    It is suitable to do 3D printing applications (depending on your wavelength). 405nm is suitable.
