Dear Peter
EKB Technologies Offers the E4750-LC which is provided with high true contrast level of 1:1000 and exnteded depth of focus and
High accuracy printing capability due to pixel level control also through HDMI stream.
Distortion <0.45%
Uniformity 90%-95% JBMA
Output power 400mw-600mw
There are variety of lens options, please find options on our eStore at:
Hello Peter,
Note that the DLP4710 DMD is only rated and specified down to 420nm. Below 420nm you may have to limit power to prevent DMD damage. You may have some success with 405nm; however, I don't think you will be able to reliably reach 385nm.
For an evaluation system to integrate with your 3D printer you may want to take a look at the third party module that Abhijit mentioned. If you have additional questions please let me know about your specifics. Are you looking for a complete solution (optical module, electronics, etc.) or are you going to be creating your own solution from scratch?
Thanks,
Kyle
Peter another option would be to use the DLP9500UV DMD (http://www.ti.com/product/DLP9500UV). The DLP9500UV is tested and qualified to work with UV wavelengths down to 363 nm.
There are EVMs avaible on TI.com and many third parties have full systems avaible with 385 nm sources
Thanks Carey.
I actually need to work between 385nm to 405nm preferably 385nm with the type of material used in my application. I hope EKB's platform suits my need.
