We found DMD damage during aging of 1080p DLP projection project. The damage status is shown in the following figure.Many vertical lines
Now we need to find out the damage reason ,Please give some suggestions

Yes we have seen this issue, It happens when proper power down procedure is not followed, Which risk the DMD lifetime.
If proper power down procedure follows as per the datasheet, it can reduce the risk of DMD lifetime.
