I'm currently trying to install CCS v. 6.1.3, but it keep saying that it can't connect to a certain site because of either no proxy or server is down. I tried downloading the off-line installer on the Download_CCS wiki page, but for some reason the link download the web installer every time. I can't get access to the off-line installer. I'm not sure what MD5 is, but when I downloaded that and tried to unzip it, it gives me the error message of "No archive found. Either damaged or unknown format.". I really need to get CCS v.6.1.3, so could someone please help?

I just retried and it downloaded fine for me. I am using Safari browser and OS X 10.11.4.
